 i.          Benjamin Evans m. 7 February 1822 Elisabeth Reed. Bnd. Wm. Reed md. by Joel Anderson. 

                        Williamson County Deed Book J: 235 18 May 1828 Benjamin Evans of Williamson sold to Arthur Scott for $200 a tract on dry fork of Spencer's Creek and nine acres belonging to Evans' mother which part the said Benjamin is entitled to as his own to dispose as he may think proper with the death of his mother at which time he is to gain all claim. Wit: Winson Edney and Wm. Porter.  

                        Williamson County Deed Book J: 448 3 January 1829 William Reed, Andrew Reed, John Reed, Robert and Mary Reed, William Scott and wife Unica Scott and Benjamin Evans and his wife Elizabeth all of Williamson County to Shadrach Reed lands of John Reed deceased with dowry laid off for Lovina Reed, the widow. Wit: David and Robert Johnston.

vii.        Martha A. Evans of Maury in 1831 m. 16 October 1832 in Maury County John Holmes. Williamson County Deed Book L:85 3 December 1831 Martha A. Evans and Rebecca Evans of Maury County for $20.00 sold to Arthur Scott tract on dry fork of Spencer's Creek begin the same land Peter Potts sold to Benjamin Evans in 1809 it being their undivided 2/12 of said property. Wit: Charles M. Scott and Andrew Hodge.

ix.        Daniel Evans of Maury in 1831; man of the name m. Maury County 14 Jan. 1836 Emily Oakley. Williamson County Deed Book L: 491 7 January 1833 Daniel Evans of Maury County to Arthur Scott of Williamson do convey a tract on dry fork of Spence's Creek being an undivided share of 1/12. Robert P. McKay and Robert Hodge.

x.         Julia Ann Evans b. ca. 1815 m. in Maury County 9 May 1835 Rolen Weeden; Maury in 1837. Williamson County Deed Book O:70 7 April 1837 Julia Ann Weeden of Maury to Arthur Scott for $2.00 sell parcel on dry fork of Spencer's Creek being her 1/2 part. Rolen Weeden also signed deed.

xi.        Nancy W. Evans of Maury in 1835 Williamson County Deed Book O:15  10 January 1835 Nancy W. Evans of Maury County sold to Arthur Scott of Williamson for $10 land on dry fork of Spencer's Creek an undivided share of one-twelfth of following tract the same tract conveyed by Peter Potts to Benjamin Evans in 1809. Wit: Robert Hoague.
